Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and OnSmartLiving Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202419752R), Singapore (“Woi”, “we”), for using Woi. By creating an account or using Woi — for yourself or for an organisation you’re authorised to represent — you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use Woi.
The service
Woi lets organisations create and share digital namecards — by link, QR, NFC tap, or wallet pass, including your own NFC card. Some features depend on your plan and add-ons.
Your account
- You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us if it’s compromised.
- Orgs are multi-tenant: an admin manages members and the org’s data and may add, suspend, or remove members. If your access is through an org, you’re also subject to its decisions.
- Give accurate info, and be at least 16.
Your content
Your card details, photos, links, contacts, and notes stay yours. You give us the limited licence we need to host and display them so the service works (e.g. showing your public card). You confirm you’re allowed to use that content and to have us process any personal data in it — including details you save from someone else’s card.
Acceptable use
Don’t break the law, infringe others’ rights, or impersonate anyone; don’t upload content you’ve no right to share; don’t scrape, overload, or try to reach data that isn’t yours; don’t reverse-engineer the service; don’t send spam.
Plans and billing
Woi has free and paid plans, add-ons (like contact capture), and physical cards; features, limits, and prices are shown when you sign up or upgrade. Paid features work only while the plan is active. If a paid plan lapses your data isn’t deleted — it goes read-only until you renew. We won’t raise an existing paying customer’s rate for the same plan. Taxes may apply; payments are non-refundable unless the law says otherwise.
Your own NFC cards
You can bring your own NFC card. Cards we didn’t supply are outside our control — we’re not responsible for them. Platform limits on tap-to-share (e.g. Apple’s restrictions on iPhone) are the platform’s, not a fault in Woi.
Our content
The Woi name, design, and software are ours (or our licensors’). These terms don’t let you use our branding beyond using the service normally.
As-is, and our liability
We work to keep Woi reliable but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees it’s uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or data; our total liability is capped at the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or SGD 100. Nothing here excludes liability that can’t be excluded by law. You’re responsible for what you publish on your card.
Ending
You can stop and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or the law requires it. Sections that should naturally survive (content licence to wind down, our IP, disclaimers, liability cap, governing law) continue after.
Governing law
Singapore law governs these terms, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
If we make material changes we’ll update the date above and notify you where appropriate. Continued use means you accept the update.
